CGC Talents is now live! Take a look at what we do and why we started the talent collective for women in web3.
You’re reading this because you want to learn more about CGC talents. We’re a small community-first recruiting agency with a focus on diversity. After working in web3 for several years and running the crypto girls club community, we noticed there was a gender imbalance in the industry, yet many founders in the space actively wanted to and could not find a way to fix this.
Through our experience running inclusive communities, we have a large network and database of women actively seeking new opportunities.
But this isn’t just about gender equality. Through our work, we offer a human, personalised approach to finding the perfect candidate - regardless of who they are, the biggest priority is the company and the success of it. We are thoughtful, timely, and respond to people when they need us the most.
We take extra measures to make sure our clients needs are met, but also the candidate is satisfied in the role. We vet the client as much as we vet the candidate - and hold strong values when deciding to work with a client based on their current values.
