We are looking for a founding-spirited technologist with the resilience and determination to tackle complex problems head-on.
Responsibilities:
Lead the concurrent technological development and optimisation efforts in closecollaboration with Lead Product Manager and external software agency
Building and managing a capable team of in-house developers to manage and maintain operations.
Collaborate closely with the team to shape the product vision and execution,embracing the start-up culture and contributing to strategic decisions.
Requirements:
Full Stack 5+ Years: Minimum 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a focus on blockchain and cryptocurrency trading infrastructure and technologies.Knowledge of Low-Latency Systems: Understanding the principles of low-latencytrading and the technologies that enable fast execution times.
Mobile Development Expertise: Experience in mobile app development including scalable performance for trading applications on mobile devices.
Infrastructure: Excellent technical architecture and infrastructure that supports high-speed data transmission and processing. Deep understanding of traditional data centretechnologies, virtualisation, server hardware and networking
Experience with Trading Algorithms: Understanding of high-frequency trading algorithms and their integration into trading platforms.
Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Technologies: Familiarity with blockchain technology, especially if the platform involves cryptocurrency trading.
Security Protocols: Knowledge of security protocols to protect sensitive financialdata.
Cloud Computing and Data Management: Skills in cloud technologies and big data management (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), crucial for handling large volumes oftrading data. Expertise in containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Regulatory Compliance: Awareness of the regulatory environment surrounding digita ltrading platforms.
Agile Development: In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, modern software development processes, and lean project management. Experience with DevOps &SRE practices, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and infrastructure automation.
Communication: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, showcasing the ability to adeptly convey technical concepts to audiences ranging from technicalexperts to non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
Solidity, Swift (iOS) and Kitlin (Android), Golang or C++, experienced with crossplatform frameworks (react native, flutter), familiarity with APIs, knowledge ofdatabases as MongoDB, NodeJS, basic web development experience with HTML,CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
