We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Crypto Business Development Degen. This role will be pivotal in driving the growth of our DeFi ecosystem by fostering strong relationships within the crypto community, executing effective marketing strategies, and spearheading business development initiatives.
Community Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for the crypto community, including DeFi enthusiasts, investors, influencers, and developers.
Proactively engage with community members across various platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Reddit) to address inquiries, gather feedback, and cultivate a vibrant and supportive community.
Organize and host community events, webinars, AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions), and other interactive activities to increase engagement and awareness of our projects.
Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote our DeFi products and services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and infographics, tailored to our target audience.
Monitor key metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Business Development:
Identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities within the crypto and DeFi space.
Build and nurture relationships with potential partners, including DeFi protocols, blockchain projects, exchanges, wallets, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
Negotiate partnership agreements and establish mutually beneficial terms to drive business growth and expand our network.

Proven experience (3+ years) in community management, marketing, or business development roles within the cryptocurrency and DeFi space.
Deep understanding of DeFi protocols.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
