We are seeking a dynamic and creative Community Manager to join our early-stage team. This role is pivotal in shaping and growing our online presence, engaging with our community of travel creators, and driving app growth through innovative content and community initiatives. The ideal candidate is experienced with social media, has a specific interest in web3 technology, and loves travel.

Social Media Responsibilities:

• Content Creation and Management: Ideate and create compelling content  across various channels, with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and mission.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on social media performance and community engagement metrics. Use insights to optimize strategies.

• Growth Initiatives: Drive app growth through effective use of social media channels and community engagement.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.

Community Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement: Actively recruit and engage users to our online community. Interact with our community, respond to queries, and foster a positive environment.

• Creator Management: Support content creators as cornerstone of ths community including onboarding process and ongoing relationship management.

• Event Hosting: Organize and host virtual events, such as Twitter Spaces, to engage the community, share insights, and promote MintPass initiatives.

• Community Channel Management: Set up and manage community channels, including but not limited to Discord, Facebook, and Telegram. Ensure these platforms are active, engaging, and well-moderated.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media marketing and community management.

• Experience working in travel tech or related industries.

• Passion for travel and understanding of travel trends.

• Interest in web3 technology and its applications in the travel industry.

• Ability to attend meetings regularly on a planned or impromptu basis as needed.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

• Familiarity with analytics tools including Microsoft Excel, project management tools including Notion, and key performance metrics.

• Experience with content creation tools including Canva.

• Prowess with Internet trends with the ability to create culturally relevant content.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
